The Grid plans to pre-lease its North building beginning in July 2023 and will have residents ready to move in by October 1, 2023.
We are pet friendly for a maximum of 2 pets per unit. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet and there is a non-refundable pet fee for $250 and a refundable pet deposit of $250. No size limit, breed restrictions apply.
Applications are $55 per person over 18 years of age.
Yes, parking spaces are $75 per month in our parking garage.
We allow 2–12-month leases.
